For all of you Europeans that are choosing violent 7th century Arab Islam over modern Israel, have a look at the following quote made by Statesman Churchill decades ago.....

"Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries, improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement, the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.
Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyzes the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step, and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it (Islam) has vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome." -Winston Churchill- From The River War: An Historical Account of the Reconquest of the Soudan, an 1899 book concerning his experiences as a British Army officer, during the Mahdist War in Sudan.

Anti-Jewish slogans return to the streets in Germany as protests sweep Europe - The Washington Post

No surprise here. Germans are probably the rudest, most self centered and pompous people in Europe. Maybe they think that since they were behind 2 of the most brutal and deadly wars in human history that they know better what is right and wrong.

However, their anti-semitism, the anti-Israel anti-Jew stance they Europeans are increasingly adopting is just another example of the nihilist peoples that cannot seem to discern right from wrong. I think that their hostility to Jews is even more insidious, they figure that appeasement towards Muslims will buy peace but nothing could be further from reality.

Americans really wish they had elected Mitt Romney instead of Obama - The Week

When one chooses incompetence over competence, when one choosing cynicism over genuineness, when one chooses stupidity over intelligence, then one may regret it later. Personally, I do not trust Americans anymore. The nation has adopted a European nihilist profile. As Nietzsche opined, God is Dead. For Americans, the central government is quickly replacing God.

Netanyahu finally speaks his mind

Timidity when facing aggression is not a winning strategy and this guy gets it. However, one also has to recognize, that unlike Europe that can afford to timid and cowardly, Israel cannot as it is constantly under attack. Netanyahu, that I have come to respect and listen to is one that we should take a cue from when dealing with the death cult called Islam....
He made explicitly clear that he could never, ever, countenance a fully sovereign Palestinian state in the West Bank. He indicated that he sees Israel standing almost alone on the frontlines against vicious Islamic radicalism, while the rest of the as-yet free world does its best not to notice the march of extremism. And he more than intimated that he considers the current American, John Kerry-led diplomatic team to be, let’s be polite, naive.
Currently, I hold out no great hope of the US being a partner with allies and friends whose interests are aligned with ours. Policy from the feckless Obama is to either ignore the problem or to try appease the aggressor. Obama's European inspired nihilistic approaches to grave problems in many places around the world will prove to be deadly and disastrous to those that value life and liberty.

Holder sees 'racial animus' in opposition | TheHill

If you oppose Obama its probably because you are a racist. No one could be against the policies or programs of the most brilliant man to set foot in Washington over the past 50 years or so. No one could be against the socialist and redistributionist tendencies of the current administration.

Discrimination is Un-Christian, Too - NYTimes.com

No surprise that you will find a piece of nonsense in the New York Times. This person argues that government forcing companies to offer a specific good or service, in the case of the recent Hobby Lobby case, abortifacient drugs, represents coercion by the Christians and this coercion is therefore un-Christian. The supposed coercion on the part of Hobby Lobby is....
"This is economic coercion. Opponents to the contraceptive mandate have insisted that women remain free to purchase whatever health care services they choose, but this is woefully insensitive to the reality that low-income women and families face. For these women, there is a very large difference between what is available to them for purchase in principle and in effect."
See, to the hard left, the government edict camel is deemed to have passed through eye of the needle and that everything necessarily has to conform completely to the needs of these not seen and nebulous 'poor people'. This is what the socialists and my family members time and again cite, the supposed interests of the 'poor people' to justify almost any intrusion of a national government into the lives, decisions and fabric of American life. To me, this attitude suspends intellect and is really some kind of disease. This love of big central government is tantamount to embracing something that is not human, government being the being that cares for you, looks after you protects you and feeds you is almost satanic. But they do it all the same, blindly repeating... the 'poor people'.

Furthermore, its really quite disgusting, that the New York Times, that hostile to Christians feels compelled to print opinion that scolds Christians on their Christianity. The newspaper really rests on feeble moral ground here.

However, the NYT would never dream of scolding the Big Brother government on forcing private people or businesses to offer any good or service. This is the real coercion going on here. Don't trust the government and I will fight it to my death.

Google's Larry Page: "I Think the Government's Likely to Collapse Under Its Own Weight." - Hit & Run : Reason.com

Money quote....
Later in the interview, an audience member asked the co-founders if government makes it more difficult for them to engage in long-term planning. Page responded by offering some perspective on how regulation that "increases without bounds" is likely to lead government "to collapse under its own weight:"
i usually think that billionaires are generally self serving asses but this one struck a chord with me. Lets hope that government does collapse under its own weight and less toss it out and start anew.

Danger sign: The Supreme Court has already expanded Hobby Lobby decision - Los Angeles Times

Put me in the camp of saying out loud this is a wonderful thing!!!! Yeah!

Maybe, just maybe, the federal government should not be in the business of mandating what health plans individuals should or can buy and what plans a business or organization must offer. I for one, am very happy that we may be finally putting a lid on the feckless intervention that the US government has been forcing upon the American people. And if the Obamessiah's signature legislation dies a death from a thousands cuts due its to the destruction of individual liberty then that is gigantic victory for the people.

When governments overreach, as our American government has done quite a bit over the past 80 years, they will make grave and costly errors. What the Obamessiah and legions of the undead (Democrats)did, was that they jammed every little bit of hard left progressive social engineering into this legislation most of which had very little to do with Americans health but had everything to do placating and rewarding their hard left base. So, now people will pay for this arbitrary and frankly stupid piece of legislation. I hope that it dies a slow and painful death.

Do People Really Think Obama Is the Worst President Since WWII?

This is not even remotely surprising to me that a man that had almost no experience at doing anything is being thought of as the worst President in modern history.
